Excellent company overall. Great communication, fair pricing, flexible and they do amazing work! They completely reconfigured my master bathroom and closet. I rarely write online reviews. But I had to share my experience with these guys. I had water leaking from the bathroom to my bedroom, which was obviously a big deal. They were prompt, on-schedule, and totally prepared to handle the issue. They didn't just fix the damage, they fixed the underlying issue. Their service people are polite and they actually listen. Had a small patch of mold developing on my basement ceiling. It was caused by a leak in the pipe. With just a slight delay after signing the estimate, the job was completed in one day. It involved cutting out a section of drywall, repairing/replacing a section of the pipe, drying out the ceiling and wood, replacing the drywall, and painting the ceiling to match. The workers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They took care to make sure my belongings were protected from dust and debris. Prices did increase since the last time I used them in 2020 but it was worth getting the job done all at once.

Where to begin? Who knew it was so hard to find a plumber who solves your problem for good? But I'm so grateful for SDR!!! Two prior plumbers did not solve my kitchen sink issue. Severe water damage issue at my grandparents vacation home. Truly special place for me and my whole family, so this was a sad event. I called this place on a friend's recommendation.
